We believe genuine connection produces work that resonates. We want to connect, to hear your heart, your vision, and all the details that make your story unique.

These calls are super relaxed, focused on getting to know each other to see if we're a good fit for you. No hard sell or pressure to commit. If we feel we're not aligned for your vision, we'll guide you in finding another photographer who is.

If the connection feels right, we'll gather a few details to customize an offering tailored to your unique gathering.

We understand an alignment call isn't for everyone. If you or your planner opt for email communication, we have a brief questionnaire to collect these details from you.

02 reserve your date

We reserve dates up to two weeks from your initial inquiry, at which point they will be released for other prospective couples to book.

Once you are ready to secure your date with us, you'll receive a contract + invoice for a 25% non-refundable retainer. Payment plans are available with the full amount due 30 days prior to your event.

Four weeks before your event, we'll reach out to confirm timeline details + collect a list of formal photos you'd like taken.

If you'd like to hop on a call at this point to walk through the flow of the day, we are happy to do so with you and/or your planner.

Amanda arrives with plenty of time to capture the scene and still details of the day, styling any meaningful items along with your invitation suite.

As you prepare, Amanda melts into the background, capturing moments as they unfold and gently stepping in to guide you to the light or make simple adjustments as needed.

While we use a timeline to prepare, the day of we seek to flow with your natural energy — guiding moments, not forcing them and stepping back to see compositions magically align. In this approach we release expectations, tuning in with the present moment, resulting in a story that resonates deeply.

We shoot on dual card slot cameras which means we have an active backup in the unlikely event of a card failure. 

At the end of the event, we immediately backup images again, keeping multiple copies until the final gallery is delivered, ensuring these memories are protected.

06 Gallery delivery

06 gallery delivery

While we can not guarantee a preview gallery with varying travel logistics, we seek to deliver your carefully curated full gallery within 4-6 weeks.

You will be able to access your gallery for one year to download images and share with friends + family. You can purchase prints through your gallery or add additional time to keep your gallery live with a yearly backup subscription.

We still highly recommend downloading your full gallery and saving to multiple devices or hard drives to be safe!

We believe each story deserves to be told with honest thought and intention which is why we design custom heirloom storybooks for each of our couples. Our collaborative design process preserves a book rich with symbolism and nuance.
